i cant send log files?

    I am trying to send a log file to the Autel support but every time I try it just fails and says to check the connection but my wifi connection is very good

     Keep trying as some times the server side is the problem and not your tool or, your internet. I have seen this issue many times, you can go back in to your log data and see the one not sent,  you can try sending it again at any time.
